Boho 70's night looks with Burlington Style Squad
I am so excited to be sharing these 3 boho inspired night looks that I put together after going shopping at Burlington. As you know I am part of the Burlington Style Squad™ and this months theme is Boho 70's inspired looks. I was so excited with all the pieces I found and I hope you guys love them as much as I do.
But before we get started with all the fashion talk I also wanted to share with you that this fall season Burlington is partnering with Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Light the Night Walk. This year celebrates Burlington's 14th year of partnership with LLS in fights against blood cancers. Customers can donate $1 or more during checkout to help in the fight against blood cancer now thru December 2, 2015.

If you are looking for a something a bit sexier the this second boho outfit is for you. The moment I saw this sweater dress I envisioned it with knee high brown boots, gold accessories and a hat. I absolutely loved the way this whole look turned out. And can we talk about the accessories?! Oh, and did I mentioned all the accessories were under $10.00?

Who else loves a flowy top and bell bottom pants? I know I do. When I came across this top I knew it would be perfect for a night outfit. I loved the fit, the print and of course the $24.99 price tag.

Goals & Dreams #FaceForward

If you guys have been following me for a while then you already know that one of my biggest dreams is to run my very own successful business. Today I want to share with you a little more of that dream. About a year ago I shared with my husband that I wanted to start a business and sell the most fabulous and trendy sunnies. I noticed that every time I shared a selfie with my favorite pair of sunnies my followers always wanted to know where I purchased them. It was then that I knew I needed to start my own business, and that's when LA Sunnies was born.
I know that in order for me to take LA Sunnies to the next level I need to eat-sleep-breathe my business and I am proud to say I do. I am determined to turn LA Sunnies to every girls go to destination for their sunnies fix. After all, the perfect pair of sunnies is the final touch to every outfit.
Thank you Clinique for not only keeping my skin looking and feeling fabulous but for also putting together this fabulous campaign #FaceForward. I have truly enjoyed documenting my promises, my golas and my dreams.

Pledge To Myself #FaceForward

This year has been such an amazing year for me. I have been able to cross off a few of my goals off my list. But we all know that when the ball starts rolling on our goals and dreams our skin is the first one to feel the pain. More work means less sleep which is why I have promised myself to really start taking care of my skin. I was really excited when I was asked to be part of Cliniques #FaceFoward campaign. I have been using their 3-step skincare system and my skin has been loving it. I love how easy and quick this makes my skin care routine. I am loving these products because it makes the no makeup days so much more pleasant. I feel like my skin looks healthy and radiant.

Este año ha sido como un año increíble para mí. He podido cumplir muchas de mis metas. Pero todos sabemos que cuando la pelota comienza a rodar en nuestras metas y sueños eso significa dormir menor y nuestra piel es la primera en sentir el dolor. Más trabajo significa menos horas de dormir por lo que me he prometido a mí misma empezar realmente el cuidado de mi piel. Estaba muy emocionado cuando me pidieron que fuera parte de la campaña Cliniques #FaceFoward. He estado usando su sistema de cuidado de la piel de 3 pasos y a mi piel le a encantado. Me encanta lo fácil y rápido que esto hace mi rutina de cuidado de la piel. Siento que mi piel se ve saludable y radiante.

I have also pledged to myself to drink more water, get more sleep and just simply learn to relax. I am at a point in my life where my mentality is to go, go, go which is why I am excited to slow down a bit and make sure to keep up to my promises. Thank you Clinique for such a great campaign.

Feliz Cumpleaños Mario Moreno Alias Cantinflas #SinTraduccion

Today we remember and celebrate una leyenda, el gran actor don Mario Moreno alias Cantinflas. I remember growing up watching his shows with my entire family. To celebrate his birthday I decided to go out to Target and purchase the movie Cantinflas along with some delicious popcorn to enjoy during the movie.
Mario Moreno was born el 12 de Agosto de 1911 and throughout his life he brought many carcajadas to people around the world and of all ages. As a child I grew up watching my father and uncles mimic that very unique Cantinflas dance, les encantaba Cantinflear. He created a signature look that everyone can recognize, su bigote, white tee, bandana around his neck and that oh so cute hat that looked like a taco on his head. Cantinflas became el orgullo de Mexico.
After watching his movie I learned that no matter how difficult life gets, always keep pushing and always, always be yourself. Y como decía el gran Cantinflas "Ahi esta el detalle"
